In this book the head of the holding describes how not to be afraid of challenges and find the forces and resources to address them. He describes the issue on the basis of his experience in the largest banking structures (VEB, Sberbank) and resource sector of our country. Sergey Gorkov during his career paid great attention to international experience in the field of resolving various tasks, undergoing the internships and qualification enhancement training at Dresden Bank (Germany), Schlumberger (Great Britain, France), International Institute of Management Development (Switzerland), Stanford University (USA).
All revenues to be receivable from the sale of the book will be sent to the charity fund "Old age is a joy." The primary objective of the fund is to improve the lives of older people in the senior centers and reduction of emotional vacuum, where the elderly find themselves after getting into the senior centers.
