The area of the works located in 80 kilometers from the village of Marakan has practically not been surveyed. Here are the shift villages and production sites of gold mining companies. The source of drinking and service water supply is surface watercourses.
The direct contractor is Angarsk Geological Expedition of Irkutskgeofizika.
The geologists will conduct the route surveys at three exploration sites: Kevaktino, Zheltuktino, Mikhailovo and hydrological studies, which intended purpose is the assessment of the territory resource potential. In addition, they will drill three exploration wells of 100 meters depth each, perform the geophysical surveys, topographic geodesy, monitoring observations, experimental filtration, laboratory and desktop studies.
The completion of the geological exploration is scheduled for June 2020, on th ebasis of the results the company will elaborate the final report with calculation of groundwater reserves in categories C1 and C2 in the scope of 1600 m2/day.
